Frequently Asked Questions

1) Are all photographs matted and framed?

All photographs are matted. If you wish to have a photograph framed, click on Products and check under "Special Orders - Framed Photographs" for details and availability.

2) Is there a choice of color for mats?

All photographs are matted in black, gray, or white. I will select the mat color to complement the individual photograph.

3) Can I order photo sizes other than the ones listed?

Yes, other sizes can be ordered. Click on Products and check under "Special Orders - Special Sizes" for details and availability.

4) How will my photographs be sent to me?

For shipment within the United States, all merchandise will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service. For shipment to locations outside the United States, other carriers may be used.

5) How long will delivery be?

Because each photograph is printed and matted for your individual order, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery within the United States. For delivery to locations outside the United States, additional shipping time is required.

6) Do I pay extra for shipping and handling?

For shipment to addresses within the United States, shipping and handling is included in the prices listed. For shipment to locations outside the United States, additional shipping and handling charges will apply.

7) What forms of payment are accepted?

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. Payment may be by credit card or by money order in U.S. dollars. Personal checks are NOT accepted.

8) How does a 5" X 7" matted print differ from 5" X 7" Table Top Art?

A 5" X 7" matted print comes with a mat but not a frame. Table Top Art photos come with a mat and a frame. See Question 9 for additional information on Table Top Art.

9) What mat colors and frame styles are used for Table Top Art?

Table Top Art photographs are matted in black, gray, or white. I will choose the mat color to complement the individual photograph. You may select from wood frames in the following color choices: black, gold, silver, burgundy, medium wood tone, light (blond) wood tone. To see samples of Table Top Art, click on Products and look under "Specialty Items - Table Top Art."

10) Are all photographs available in note card format?

Note cards are available only for photographs that list "Note Card" as one of the purchase options in the Photo Gallery.
